While COVID seems to be slowly becoming less of a threat thanks to an increase in vaccinated people, it’s important to note that it is still a risk. So, it’s crucial, now more than ever to ensure your healthcare providers (and any other places you go where you need to be in close contact with others) are taking the necessary precautions to protect you against COVID-19.
We sat down with Doctors on Liens’ own Dr. Haskins, DC at Complete Balance Chiropractic to discuss the safety protocols he set in place to combat the spread of COVID-19. Dr. Haskins stated that all doctors at his location wear masks while treating, and the staff is wiping and cleaning all tables in-between patients. Every third chair is set up for patients to wait in with two chairs left empty in-between for social distancing, and of course hand washing is practiced on a constant basis, not only between appointments.
Scheduling is also staggered to keep patients as spread as out possible throughout the day. If anyone feels at all sick, they are encouraged to stay home.

All in all, COVID-19 may not be as present as it was last year, but it’s still important not to let your guard down just yet. Visiting facilities that are still following stricter safety measures does nothing but look out for your health and the health of others.
So, be sure to take extra precautions at this time. And be sure to visit Dr. Haskins, DC or any of our other doctors who work on a lien basis if you have been injured in an auto accident.
